So when I read about these blender cupcakes that are not only easy to make but also keto-friendly, I figured why not try them? Each one has under 5 net carbs and they're made with almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, coconut oil, cream, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract and salt.
She also includes a recipe for the icing, which calls for dark chocolate, sweetener, cream and butter. Given that we have all of these ingredients here at most times I am super excited to make these for Valentine's Day this week!
