It's Pride Month, the perfect time to celebrate with desserts of every color! When I'm deep into keto, I don't really have many sugar cravings, but there are times when I do still want a taste of something sweet-ish. When I crave chocolate, I'll usually buy a chocolate bar that's mostly cacao, which does the job. If I don't have access to a store, I'll whip this mousse up. My version is a little easier, but the recipe here's still easy if you want cinnamon!

Playing with flavors is so popular today that everyone from Starbucks to Coke is doing it, and honestly I couldn't appreciate it more. I LOVE trying new flavors and am a sucker for, say, Peeps coffee creamer or shortbread coffee. So now that I know that Haagen-Dazs has a new booze-inspired Spirts line of ice cream, I'm going to have to try this stuff out.
